Sony BRAVIA VPL-HW10 Projector - Delivers a vibrant and dynamic picture

PRLog (Press Release) – Aug 10, 2009 – Sony, well known for its innovative Electronic products aims to fully leverage this uniqueness in aggressively carrying out their convergence strategy so that they can continue to emotionally touch and excite their customers.

Sony has released a projector in BRAVIA series -- VPL-HW10 that features a new and stylish design, triple-panel Sony SXRD and 8-stage image processing. It has a glossy finish and some appealing curves in its design and equipped with the All Range Crisp Focus lens which has the necessary superior resolution and focus characteristics. Sharpness and clarity of image is imperative in a high definition projector, and the HW10 does a fine job of maintaining fine detail. The lens offers a 1.6x manual zoom and both vertical and horizontal adjustment, making it easy to set the projector up and achieve a good picture in a variety of environments.

This model also boasts a remarkable high contrast ratio with the help of its automatic iris and Sony's picture-enhancing Bravia Engine 2 image processing. The super-fast 2.5ms response time means silky-smooth motion reproduction, while a full screen panel alignment function allows users to eliminate any colored bordering at the edges of objects. The operating volume of this projector is only 22dB, which is very quiet in comparison to most projectors that offer similar features. It also uses a quiet exhaust fan, and the projector is nearly silent during operation, even in high lamp mode.

With many more additional features, this projector intends to give out a vibrant, dynamic picture that satisfies everyone’s expectations.
